Jim Cavoto is incredible! I was in the market to buy a home earlier this year after not buying a house in 20 years. Jim stepped in after a not-so-wonderful experience with another agent. Jim took time to understand what I wanted in my dream home; he attended all of the home viewings, provided comparable properties so I felt good about the purchase price, offered welcome advice as I balanced my “must haves” vs. “really want” home features, and supported me during my negotiations with the seller.
